يمكن للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه وبياناته المرتبطة بتطبيق HWReader.Users can request deletion of their account and data associated with the HWReader app.

أرسل طلب حذف الحساب من البريد المرتبط بحسابك إلى:Send the account deletion request from the email linked to your account to:
ما الذي يتم حذفه؟What will be deleted?
- معلومات الحساب المرتبطة بالتطبيق.Account information linked to the app.
- الأجهزة المرتبطة بالحساب حسب ما تسمح به آلية الخدمة.Devices linked to the account where the service mechanism allows it.
- البيانات التي أضافها المستخدم داخل التطبيق مثل الفواتير والقراءات المرتبطة بحسابه.Data added by the user inside the app, such as bills and account-linked readings.
قد نحتاج إلى الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات لفترة محدودة إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا لأسباب أمنية أو نظامية.We may need to retain some data for a limited period if required for security or legal reasons.
